I continue my workout in the hotel gym by doing arm lifts.
This gets me up on my stumps a lot so you can see how they deform when I stand.
I try out the rowing machine, but can't push back with my stubbie legs.
I try to use the treadmill and stair climber, but can't get them to work for me either.
I get a good workout lifting weights, then wash up and return to my hotel room.
